Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated according to size and the address. Please note that the shipping companies we work with deliver to ground floor only and only during business hours (from Monday to Friday 9 to 5). If your business is not ground floor, please contact us so we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Shipping Delays
For all in stock items you can expect that all items are dispatched within the next 24 hours. We use a variety of professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Canada. Your location and order size will impact on the timeframe to get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:
QC and ON : 2 to 5 business days
MB, SK and AB : 3 to 10 business days
NL, PE, NS and NB : 3 to 12 business days
BC : 4 to 12 business days
YT, NT and NU : 5 to 15 business days

Shipping Policy
Delivery dates are estimates only; Lanvain will use its best endeavor to maintain the estimate. Unless prior arrangements have been made, delivery is to ground floor only, inside the main entrance. All goods are packaged for safe transport (including pallets in some cases) – please bear this in mind as our service does not include unpacking or rubbish removal. Some products, especially mirrors and ceramic basins are FRAGILE. It is your (the customer) responsibility to ensure that products received are not damaged. Any claims for damage to items must be made within 72 HOURS of the time of delivery. Please contact our customer service team on 1.800.361.2586 or email us at info@lanvain.com and state your web order number. If delivery is delayed, or complications arise, Lanvain is not responsible or liable for any for any consequential loss or damages.
If delivery attempt is not possible from the carrier due to your absence, charges may apply.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Use of the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter. If you received the order incorrectly, the property of the Goods remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above. You will not be charged for re-delivery of items.
Pick-up Policy
Lanvain team will contact you when the order is ready for pick up. A date and time for pick up will be scheduled. No pick up can be unadvised or before the scheduled date without warning. It is your duty to inspect the items at pick up for your total satisfaction. When the items are in your possession, no claim can be made for damage or defects.
