Shipping & Customs (U.S.)
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered under Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place).
The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
Lanvain assumes delivery costs and risks up to the destination.
We recommend working with a customs broker.

Refund Policy

If you need to return an item because it is faulty or because of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. Any defects or errors in your order must be reported within 72 HOURS of delivery.

You can return your item to us within 30 days of date of purchase for a full refund (less original delivery costs). Return delivery is at your cost.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, and there is no refund, exchange, or cancellation available on products that are not returned to us brand new in original packaging*, on special-order or on custom-made item(s). Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s), and we will assist you with your return.

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us, and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be returned brand new in original packaging* at the customer's cost. You will receive a refund of the product once the product has been returned to us. Return delivery is at your cost.

We do not accept returns that have been used or are not in the original packaging* unless they're faulty.

We cannot accept returns of Sale, Clearance or Discontinued items. This is a final sale, so we recommend you carefully preview any products before purchasing.

*Returned items must be brand new in original packaging, with all hardware, fixtures, and accessories, and must not be used or altered in any way.

Warranty

4 Years : Hydraulic pumps

2 Years :Leatherette, sewing, manual mechanism, accessories and plumbing parts

12 Months : All electrical devices and styling mirror stations

This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.
